to the Lenape Travel Funds 2023!

This year, our goal is to raise around $7,000 to cover some of their travel expenses, including flights and accommodations. Our $7,000 goal will support 5 to 7 people and pay from $700 to $1000+ per person.

We are once again looking to bring some of the Lenape in the diaspora back to their ancestral homelands, Lenapehoking, for Indigenous Peoples’ Day in Philly 2023 on Monday, Oct. 9th at Shackamaxon (Penn Treaty Park). Some of the Lenape will travel from as far as Ontario, Canada for #IPDphilly2023.
